Cold room:

Fahrentec TM utilizes the high quality insulated sandwich panel for its vast range of ice storage rooms.

Cold room features:
• World renowned refrigeration accessories guarantee the long life cycle, good performance, high efficiency.
• Inner and outer walls are made of food-grade anti-corrosion 0.45mm SUS304 or zinc-rich color panel.
• 1000mm PU foam of 42Kg/CBM filled in the mid-layer for insulation.

Tailor made cold room:

In order to apply Fahrentec’s advanced ice making technology in the most tough, critical condition, the FFC Series flake ice making system has adopted the containerized concept in design to address issues like extreme temperature, complicated installation, capacity of handling large volume, mobility of ice making plant.

Fahrentec can install the flake ice machines into ISO certified standard ocean freight container, either brand new or second hand, with decent modification to reinforce the structure, the container is ready to handle heavy machines in operating and lifting, transporting. Then, the whole refrigeration system, condensing system and control station are installed and ready for operation at any time so there is Zero Installation.

WHY CONTAINERIZED ?

The whole system is completely installed in the container, fully automatic so very minor labor is needed for both operation and installation.
Several units of evaporating systems are sharing one condensing system so it is cheaper than purchasing equivalent multiple complete ice machines.
