Fahrentec TM complete snow making system consists of flake ice machine, ice storage, ice conveyor and snow blower. The water is converted into flake ice by the ice machine.Then reserved in the ice storage room, fed into the snow blower to be sprayed onto the ski-slope within 25~40 radius.Snow making system features
Fahrentec TM patented snow making system is adapted from Australian advanced technology, through further development and modification the system stability is largely improved whereas the premiun snow quality is maintained.
The specially designed snow blowing mechanism is driven by electric motor, early prepared high quality flake ice is delivered to the snow blowing mechanism through invertor controlled anger conveyor, given high rotation and perfect impact then thoroughly break up into fine snow to be injected to the ski-slope.
Simple and stable: In compare with the conventional crushed ice+ Roots blower system, Fahrentec TM snow blower has successfully integrated the crushing and injection into one mechanism, prevented heat up and clog problems where they are often occurred in the Roots systems. Simplify the mechanism to minimum, compact structure, these all helped to reduce the failure rate tremendously, also easy for maintenance. In addition, the F30E system neither have any requirement for ambient humidity nor need to be frequently stopped when the humidity is increased like snow falling system, defrost problem also can be cancelled from the list. The entire ice making, ice storing, ice conveying and snow blowing are built in a closed circle system, this factor maximally maintains the snow quality at a high, constant level.
High quality snow: Fahrentec TM adapted the real snow quality characteristics from its early overseas versions, the snow made are dry, soft, powdered, high density, no grooming needed, and can ski immediately. Because the smart structure of crushing and injection at one motion, this does not add any heat or humidity to the snow.
Powerful and efficient: Produce up to 60CBM high quality artificial snow every hour. This capacity is currently ranking at the top of industrial. It can easily fulfill the temporary need of large volume if fresh snow. The refrigeration system performed with water pre-cooling and recycling features, these helped to achieve 0 water waste. Fully hermetical ice storage and seamless ice conveyor helped to achieve 0 ice waste. 100% of water to be transformed to snow. F30E snow making system is able to operate up to 30 days non-stop.
