Flake Ice For Fish Cooling
Ice is widely used as cooling agent in fishing industry. Especially the flake ice, it is significantly drier than crushed block ice, a pile of dry flake ice inside the fish room can flow like sand or liquid, fish can sink inside, be thoroughly wrapped and mixed with flake ice, this gives the best and quickest cooling effect. It is also much crispier than the crushed ice, so it will not scratch the fish skin, gives immaculate fish condition.
